Monday Motivation February 10th 2025

Hello again!

This year is already flying by.

I hope you're doing well and I hope you are crushing it so far this year!

It's a brand new year. The best time to reinvent yourself. Anything can happen this year.

This is going to be the best year of your life, believe that 100%!!

So, why don't you start this year a little more focused than last year? Say no to endless scrolling on social media.

Say no to mindlessness.

Notice the patterns that are holding you back and attack them with full force!

Anything can happen!

What are your plans for this year? Here are just a couple of mine:

My word for 2025 is Organization.

I heard a quote a while back that really stuck with me. So much so it's now the Lock Screen on my phone.

"Your life can only grow to the level that you can manage."

What a powerful statement. If we want our life to improve, sometimes the thing holding us back is our ability to manage more.

It almost sounds like a contradiction. Usually you think of a better life as less stressful. But I'm saying you need to manage more, wouldn't that mean more stress!?!

Or, could it be, that having the ability to manage more, actually makes the things we currently manage seem less stressful?

I could go down this rabbit hole for hours. But let’s revisit our plans for 2025. Organization. I realized there are certain areas of my life that just won't get better until I become more organized, so that's my goal in my business and in my personal life.

I also have plans around my fitness goals. My word for fitness is Strength. Every workout and all of my meal planning is done with the goal of improving strength.

What's your word for 2025?

What are some of your goals in 2025?

I challenge you to take 15 minutes to think about that right now. Maybe even grab a journal and write it out.

If there’s anything I can do to help you sort out your goals for this year, reach out at anytime.

See you Friday.
