Another new week.

I just want to say thank you for sticking with me this far, I can't describe how much it means to me!

Yes, another week down. Another month, even.

What are you working on this week? Can you get a sense of what you need to change or so better?

Think on that for a minute.

Here a few suggestions, things you can do right now to move the needle:

Make a grocery list

Plan your dinners for this week

Plan your workouts for the next coupe days

Schedule a grocery pickup or delivery

Drink a glass of water

Go for a 10 minute walk

Read last weeks emails again

Breathing exercises (in for 4, hold for 3, out for 4)

Schedule your day or your to-do list

If you catch yourself doom scrolling or in a rut sometime today come back to this list. If you've been reading the Friday emails you've learned about Habit cues, how can you turn some of these things into a response from a cue?

Here's just a couple that work for me:

When I first wake up I drink at least 12oz of water

Anytime I catch myself scrolling social media for more than a few minutes I get up and go for a walk

When I'm driving alone I work on breathing exercises

When I get the craving for a snack, I drink water or decaf coffee

What else can you think of?

That's your homework for this week, find out what triggers and cues you can setup to help your diet or your health.
