For a minute clear your mind.

Let's start this week on a clean slate.

Remember what you're trying to do this year. Remember what type of person you want to be. If you don't know, spend some time today figuring it out.

Have a direction. Stick to that direction. YOU'VE GOT THIS.

That old version of you wouldn't even recognize you after how far you've come. But you aren't done, you're going further.

Every week, get a sense of what you need to do to move the needle. In nutrition is it eat a few more fruits? More vegetables? Less eating out? More protein? Less sugary drinks? Less alcohol? Just more consistency?

In exercise, do you need a new plan? More consistency? Accountability through a coach (I can help) or workout partner?

Don't settle for the random goals and plans. Pick something and stick to it. Don't jump back and forth. If you need help figuring out what you should do feel free to reach out.

No matter what is going on in your life right now, you can find a way to get through it. Find a way to be healthier either through your workouts, your diet, your habits, or all 3.

You can do this.

You know you can.

Don't give up.
