Let’s start this week with gratitude.
We have so many things to be grateful for.
Stop for just a minute, and write down all the things you’re grateful for.
Set a timer for 2 minutes and keep writing until the timer stops.
Go ahead and do this now.
Now, take a look at that list.
Think about everything on that list and all the reasons you are grateful for them.
If you’ve been working on improving your health, take a moment to celebrate how far you’ve come! Every milestone of is worth celebrating.
Continue to work on it. Do the little things. Nothing is too small.
Keep everything you’re grateful for in your mind today, use that to motivate you to keep going! Imagine how grateful you will be as you continue to grow even more.
