Today let’s get back on track.

Try this saying out loud:

“I’ve got this. I’m going to reach my goal even if I don’t know how. Because I’m not going to stop until I do.”

Breathe.

What’s something you can do in the next few minutes to get back on track?

Here’s a few ideas:

Drink a large glass of water

Make a grocery list

Plan your workouts

Plan your meals for the next couple days

Take a walk

Do some deep breathing

Think about what else you have going on in the next couple days. What do you need to plan around?

Here’s a few things you can do today to keep you on track:

Swap a sugary drink for water

Double your fruit or vegetable serving

Choose chicken or fish over red meat

Don’t snack out of boredom

Don’t eat candy just because it’s there

Here’s a few goals you could try for this week, just pick a couple and focus on them:

Drink 64oz of water every day

Eat out at most 4 times this week

Go to bed 30 minutes earlier

Lift weights twice, high intensity cardio once

Two servings of fruit every day minimum

Two servings of vegetables every day minimum

Get at least 75grams of protein every day

Small attainable goals on a week by week basis will build momentum.

Let’s start this week off a little more focused than last week, and crush every obstacle in our path!
