Happy Monday!
Take a minute to get focused for this upcoming week.

Think about that future version of you, one that’s a little healthier than you are right now. One that is maybe a little slimmer or a little more toned than you are right now. Think about how your life might be different once you grow into that new version of you.
Maybe you can fit into a favorite outfit of yours that doesn’t fit right now.
Maybe you can do something outdoors or some type of hobby that you aren’t able to do right now.
Focus on that version of you, get a sense of what that will be like, and go make it happen!
You’ve got this, I know you do.
If you’re reading this, the fact is you want to make your health a priority. That’s the first step!
The next step is taking action.

You live in a world where endless information is literally at your fingertips.
You walk around with an encyclopedia in your pocket.
You could scroll endlessly, and find idea after idea, but it wouldn’t matter if you didn’t take action.
What action can you take right now?
This is a great question, and I want you to think about it for a minute before you read any further.
Hopefully you came up with a few things on your own.
Here’s a few other things you can do right now to kickstart this week:
Plan a workout
Make a meal list for this week
Write a grocery list or start a grocery pickup
Drink water
Take a walk
If you’ve been sitting for a while, get up and move around!
Remember to move every 30 minutes if you sit at a desk for most of the day.
Drink plenty of water today, make sure to get your fruit and vegetable servings, and plan plan plan!
But also, follow through with the plan.
Planning could even become a form of procrastination if you keep spending all your time planning and avoid the work.
I’ll leave you with this: anything can happen next.
You can accomplish anything you set your mind to.
It doesn’t matter what happened yesterday or last week.
This is a new week, and from now on, you are going to crush it!
