Monday Motivation July 15th 2024

Take a deep breath then say this out loud:

IVE GOT THIS

Breathe.

Say this out loud:

No matter what comes my way this week, I will know exactly what to do.

Breathe.

You can accomplish so much once you set your mind to it.

What do you have planned this week?

Here’s a few questions to ask yourself today:

Do you have fresh fruits and vegetables at home?

What is happening this week that you need to plan around?

Which meals do you have prepped and which ones will you need to cook?

Do you have the ingredients you need?

Which days are you working out and what obstacles do you need to consider?

There are likely going to be days that you will need to eat out. Can you plan on where that will be and get an idea of some better options to order?

This week:

Stay Focused.

Stay present.

Stay determined.

Think about that long term goal.

Think about why you’re doing what you’re doing.

Don’t ever forget, you have unlimited potential.

Let’s get to work!

P.S. Here’s a breathing exercise for you this week:

(Try this is you need to calm down or just need to reset your focus)

Breathe in your nose slowly for a count of 4 seconds, hold it for two seconds, then breathe out through your mouth slowly for 7 seconds. Repeat 4-5 times. If you have trouble doing this or if it makes you short of breath, try it in for 3 seconds then out for 4 seconds and skip the hold.

Write down 3 things you’re grateful for and why
